Biography

Patricia Jennings, 78, Cameron, (formerly of Bethany, MO) died Thursday, February 4, 2010 at the Kansas City Hospice House. Her best friend and confidante her whole life, her sister, Doris Hook was with her 24 hours a day the last days of her life.
She was born March 15, 1931 in Stratton, NE, the daughter of William C. and Louise May (Price) Hartman. She was the youngest of 11 children of a farming family.
She was married at the age of 16 to Paul Jennings from August of 1947 to August of 1966. At the age of 17 her first child was born, Sheryl Paulette. When Sheryl was 4 years old she was hit by a car and killed.

Chad Fordyce, US Marine Corp. and girlfriend Jessica Helton and her daughter, Alexis, Kansas City, MO and his son, Taran Fordyce, Pattonsburg, MO; Jeremy (Robin) Fordyce and baby girl on the way, Kansas City, MO; Jacob (Draell) Fordyce, Gladstone, MO; Amiee Jennings and fiance, Brad Jones, Maryville, MO; CPL Daniel Jennings, US Marine Corp, 29 Palms, CA; Rebecca and Hannah Jennings, Lathrop, MO; 4 sisters, Helen McNew, McCook, NE; Betty Wendell, Garden City, ID; Arda Hartman, Bethany, MO; Doris Hook, Independence, MO; Companion, Buddy, and Very Special Friend, Hal Provance, Cameron, MO who made her last 7 years very happy and fulfilled. She loved him deeply.
